hello everyone, I need some guidence on what to do..I work alot.(computer stuff) and I usually go to the gym on mon, wed, thrs. Those are the only days I really have dedicated time to work out. My problem is this...so far I have had a high metobolism and I was always trying to put on weight. I was so thin. I am 6 ft 2 inches tall. I weighed 170lbs. I just started taking weight gainers and really increasing my caloric intake to about 2500 calories a day(weight gainer) + calories from the meals I was eating. Since my birthday when turned 25.(jan 10 2k).I have been increasing weight rapidly, I stopped taking the weight gainer at least 6 months ago but I am still increasing in weight. My body cannot stretch that fast so I see stretch marks. I used to work out and see results..but now i just look swollen and puffy..my stomach used to be cut now its big and really hard. I never had to diet but now it looks like i need to slow up and shock my body. I am looking into using different supplements and maybe clenbutural and cytomel..I have never taken anything besides weight gainer thanks to good genes. this is very discouraging and disheartening to me. If anyone can help me please feel post or feel free to email me. Thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you were really that lean before the weight gainer than it shouldn't be a big deal for you to get rid of what you just packed on. Go back to your old caloric intake and keep working hard at the gym. I personally like xenedrine to crank up the metabolism and shed some weight but I know others here don't agree.... it's up to you. ------------------ IP: Logged |
