For the last two weeks I kept gaining weight and couldn't figure it out since I had reduced calories and I am trying to get ready for some shows. It turned out that the protein I was using was mislabeled. It was actually the weight gain product the company sells. Man did I get screwed. I was going through a 5lbf bucket every six days. That may be why my pictures were less than what I thought. I am going to post some pics on the web site posted on this board. My website isn't up yet. Chesty IP: Logged |
