![]() ![]() ![]() Since nutrition plays a big part in the bulking cycle, I've been to trying to really put down as much food as possible. But my problem (kind of embarassing) is that nothing stays in me. I will eat a moderate meal and an hour later I'm on the, well you know, flushing my meal down the shitter. I tried smaller frequent meals but all that did was just prolong the enviable stop to the throne. Could use some helpful hints. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() you may have irritable bowel syndrome. Why not try a serving of metamucil along with your meals. that might keep them in a little longer. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() He's not constipated though. Metimucil is a fiber in aiding bowel regularity. His problem is that he's going to much. Which is why you need to know what it is your eating. You may be injesting too much fat... ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() It varies, I see it more when I eat baked fish like salmon and swordfish, but breakfast seems to be the worst, which includes 2 yolks and 7 whites 3 slices wheat toast and usually a bowl of oat meal. Also I had to cut back on my protein drinks which usually called for 2 scoops but I went to one scoop drinking them mid day, mid afternoon, and right before bed. The all time favorite chicken usually sticks. But I do see a difference when I dont eat as much during one sitting, but I get hungry so quick, I hate eating smaller meals. Also could too much protein ingested at one time also cause these problems? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't be afraid to keep some fat in your diet. Don't ingest lard, but throw in some more egg yolks (lotsa B vitamins) cheese sandwiches red meat and fuckit, grab a pizza sometimes, too. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well from what I read of what your eating, it seems to me as though you're not getting enough consistancy to your meals. Everything you described is very easily digested which is the reason it runs through your system so fast. *Check out the "Nutrition" section here on Elite fitness from George, he gives some sample foods and times to eat. They may actually work very well. It's worth checkin' it out bro... ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Are you sure that the foods you are eliminating constitute your last meal? Sometimes ingestion of a meal stimulates peristalsis, but it would be your previous meal that you would be eliminating. One way to tell is to take a couple of beet capsules with your first meal of the day; when your BM is red you are eliminating that meal (or part of it, anyway; transit times can differ for different foods). Certain drugs can affect gastric emptying as well (stimulants and thyroid drugs, among others). IP: Logged |
