I need a bit of advice. Right now I am working on getting the most out of my natural potential and reading up for when the time comes. Unfortunately for me i'm at about 16% b/f right now, yeah i'm a fatass. I was wondering what you guys would recommend as a good % for the beginning of a cycle cause its gotta be lower than 16. Thanks "Lift Hard" IP: Logged |

why are you trying to lose fat. a cycle will probably cause some fat loss on you. maybe only 5 lbs. or so but with the excess muscle (20 lbs or so) weight gain combined with the 5 lb fat loss, your bodyfat will drop to about 11% or so. Then, if you want you can do some clen/cytomel, dnp, or e/c/a/y afterward. IP: Logged |

Gotta agree with Stalin - on cycle is not really the time to worry about fat loss - I try to get as big as I can and then I cut when it's over Matt IP: Logged |

you'll probably lose some fat on your cycle. combined with the increased muscle mass your overall bodyfat % (bodyfat percentage is the number of lbs. of fat per 100 lbs.) will go down. You will be at about 12% when done. then you can go on some diet drugs and get down to a 7 or 8. IP: Logged |

Instead of looking at your BF% as a demarcation point, i'd wait until your strength reaches a point where you could compete in a low level powerlifting competition. A very experienced weight trainer could also have a high BF. Keep training 'till you get big enough to fill out an XL, then asess your strength levels, go back to your "research" In my opinion, the time to put on the gas has more to do with strength and muscle development than BF. But matybe that's because I ain't ripped. ------------------ IP: Logged |

DNP it keeps you warm on those cold lonely nights of course the reason it is so lonely is that not too many women like to sleep next to a human blast furnace. ------------------ IP: Logged |
