Good god UGMassive! Anyway, I guess you
can say I've progressed beyong flat bench.
However I do use the power rack and load that
bitch up and do negatives once in awhile!
Mainly I concentrate on Inclines - 295
and incline dumbells..I got 110 up a few
weeks ago for 6 reps..I was fired up because
Rage Against the Machine was blaring and
this FINE ass girl was working out not too
far away (damn, I wish I was single!)

well I when i was 19 i was so thrilled at 255 then killed my rotar cuff and could not bench for do flat for over year. THen after starting flat again i zoomed up to 315 then went to 365. I'm 5'5" 170lbs 9.9% and only done creatine and some of the prohoromones. Shit let me get some gear it will be on then.

bench to harsh maxing on my tendons-last max
385 bech, 420 on smith. 325 for 6-8 reps. now at
5'7" 194lbs-been cutting for many months now
so im sure those #'s are way lower now. seeing the definition, density and cuts now-i wonder why i ever let myself get that FAT!
its all slow, low dose and quality from now on!

When asked this constantly at the gym I always look at the clock and tell them what time it is, then walk off. It really messes with the mind !

This works well also.....when asked, simply say " well it all depends on how much your mom is weighing right now "

im 18 and all natural bench 185 3times i do 10 sets of 3 and my max is 200lbs 1 time.

YO trey renfro! You and I are very similar in all stats. I am about an 1.5 inches shorter than you and about 4lbs lighter and from the looks of your pic on Conan's site a bit slimmer. However our strengths are almost identical. In your pic you look quite a bit larger and thick (in the + way) than I.

before shoulder surgery all natural i got
225 for 23
275 for 12
and 385 for 1

10 weeks after shoulder surgery on Test 200
225 for 19
245 for 15
afraid to go too heavy right now don't want to screw up all the great work the doc did on my shoulder. Training for a power liftin meet this summer gotta get big and strong. i would like to break 400, with out the bench shirt b4 august. haven't used a shirt yet so well see. anyways train hard and get strong
