Just want to get familiar with the rest of the muscle heads.What kind of weights are you guys throwing around. I'll start 5'10" 235lbs. while juicing,before tearing shoulder benched 435 1-2 times, leg press 20 plates on each side for 11 reps, deadlift 550lbs. Istopped squatting about a year ago because my knees but I did 645lbs. for 2. Ging so start powerlifting movements again for next show. I WANNA HEAR FROM YOU!!!!!!!! IP: Logged |

Thats a great question! I'm 30, 5'11, 200 pounds. I'm two weeks into my first cycle so all poundages are pre-juice. (And not too huge, either) Bench: 350 for 3, squat: 405 for 1, dl: 405 for 1. pullups: set of 35. Thats it. Nothing to write home about. Glad I'm healthy again and hope to put on some wt and break those marks. IP: Logged |

ok here goes.bench press 475 three times dead lift 600 six times squats 500 six times and i hate squats dont know wht just do,and i`m 52 years old. IP: Logged |

6'2 195 last cycle, paused and close gripped 325, military pressed 240, benched 380, dips with 120 l/b dumbell 12-15 times, bent over rows 275 for 5 reps, single arm dumbell rows 170 for 5 reps. IP: Logged |

HAHA, my old gym only had 120's, the gym i'm at now has 100's sucks really bad, but i just bring my own dumbell and just add the weight on there. IP: Logged |

im 18, 5'10" during last bulking cycle i got up to 283@14%bf, was doing sets of squats with 6 plates for10-12 deadlifts with 6 plates/side for 6 reps, incline bench with 465 for 8 reps(god i hate strech marks) and dumbell shouldr presses w/140's for 12 IP: Logged |

mass cycle i was 6'0 272 pounds bench 430 for 2 shoulder press behind the head 315 for 4, 5 as a partial curl straight bar 190 for 8 squated after knee surgery 500 for 8 dead lift 600+ leg press 10 plates each side with a olimpic bar on top with 6 45 each side IP: Logged |

At 5'11" and 230lbs I Blasted(no pause)525 ont the bench, 670 in the deadlift and 700 in the squat(both lifts with suits and a tight knee wrap on the squat) Actually, feeling a bit puny after reading Cryptonites post. I think Ill go eat! IP: Logged |

6'2", 217LBS, 15%BODYFAT (Trying to get down their don't know if I should do carido work outs?) Bench????? I don't know! I've never went all out for my max, I am more into feeling the burn and realy hitting the mucsle. Just starting to juice, who knows I just might get better?? IP: Logged |
