Hello all, I am in the Detroit MI area. I am a beggining lifter, I have 2 1/2 good months of training so far. I have gone from 140# to 170# and just I have went from being a weak "internet" couch potatoe (who had NEVER lifted before) to feeling stronger and more confident than ever. However, I am looking to supplement my workouts with something that could help push me along faster. I'm somewhat interested in prohormones but I have concerns that they may not do anything at all. I have a long way to go before I could call myself "big" but I know it's an attainable goal. I just need to get a little boost. I'm ready to get on boost bus but don't know where the bus stop is. Can anybody point me in the right direction. I am open to any type of supplementation for apropriate for someone like myself... Thanks in advance, Starter248 IP: Logged |

Starter, first do not go on the gas at this time reach your limits on a natural level before you consider the gas, your gains will be that much better. what I would do if I were you and I was in your shoes many years ago, is stick with power movements IE: bench, squats, dead lifts, straight leg deads, milatary press behind the neck and straight bar curls you get my meaning. keep your calories high rest and stick with the basics as far as your supplements go, there is no such thing as a kwik-fix pay your dues. i could swear you put a post on here just like this one a few days ago. did you not like the awnseres you got? or did your boss tell you to keep trying? maybe someone will fall for it? dude if your serious that you gained 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months natural, then you should be on the genus book of world records, but i serously doubt you did, you sound like a little kid, or a cop, HEY OR A LITTLE COP KID....HAHAH but if you are serious, then stick with being natural for another 2 years.... If you put on 30lbs in 2.5 months without anything, i envy you. I would keep going natural for as long as you can until you hit a sticking point. -Christian IP: Logged |

yeah, steroids don't work. It's a lie. Supplement your diet with some antioxidants(vit.E, C, A)creatine, glutamine. I gained 25lbs one winter w/out drugs. Truthfully, all I ate was tuna, eggs, oatmeal, and noodles. IP: Logged |

Bro, If you are serious, then you need to wait a while before you start with ANY supplements. If you've been training a few months you're still pretty much a beginner. You don't know how to maximize your training style for your body........among other things. keep training, keep learning - no gear for you, Matt IP: Logged |
