Here is the answer.

A DEA liscense is a certificate that is "awarded" to a pharmacy by their State Board. Basically it is a piece of paper that says they can distribute drugs to people who have proper prescriptions. Some are limited though and they have to be renewed every year. If you would like to see a copy of one I can probably get it...

And I want to know why too.

like it says you will be submitted to the DEA if your not one of the groups listed. first off thats trouble and secondly in the future e mail the question in case you fall on a good thing. this kind of exposure brings bad things.
