I just bought some Xenadrine, just was wondering if anybody has used it, and how effective was it for you?
MaHuang.......335mg
Guarana Extract........910mg
Bitter Orange........85mg
White Willow Bark Extract........105mg
Am I wasting my time on this shit, or is it a good OTC ECA stack?
Should I add asprin?

It is the herbal equiv. of the ECA with the herbal equiv of synerphrine (please excuse the spelling). Synerphrine is anohter stimulate, but doesn't affect the adrenal glands as much as ephredrine does. I belive that it doesn't increase body temp as much ither. It is pretty good. Cytodyne tends to make lable claims so you know what you are getting. Regardless of the support that I have recived, I still feel that the herbal equiv. is not as effective as the real thing.

Should I add more ECA to the Xenadrine for more kick(mini thins, asprin, coffee?), would this create a better result or would it be overkill?

I think that it would be overkill. Instead of doubling the size of the dose, I would increase the frequency of the dose. Start slow going from 1/day to 2/day to 3/day to maybe 4/day. but if you go 4/day make sure you have 3-5 hours before trying to go to sleep. Usally 2-3/day is plenty. 4/day is for desprate nuts.

I do 3 in the early AM (I am 245 Lbs.) and
another 1 pre- afternoon workout and it
keeps on going like the energizer bunny but still lets me sleep at night....

Pretty much follow the bottle recommendations and adjust a bit higher if you weigh more.
