Hey fellas, Just a quick question, getting ready for a contest. I'm currently 6' 207lbs and 6.9%BF, I have 5 1/2 weeks to go!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel real strong and have kept a great deal of size. My show wieght is anywhere from 190-195. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is how much water you other competitors lose. I just started some clen/cytomel. Any help would be great on how you guys go about dehydrating for your contest. thanks bros, fuknguns IP: Logged |

get some thimocase to help draw out more water use it starting 3 weeks out. the last week is used for water depletion with a mild natural or prescription diurectic. if you look great and your dry don't fuck with water depletion however if not start it slow and the rule is only replenish what you piss out while on dieruitics. another little secret which you can use is preperation h rub it all over and and tan indoors. when your done you'll be drowing in water. (swear it works) and its cheap. IP: Logged |

I'm curious to know how preperation-H while tanning, aides in water depletion? Can someone clarify this more? I thought Prep-H tightened skin and pores. That's the reason women use it on there face during miss america. ------------------ IP: Logged |
