Help! I'm 35 years old. I've been working out for a year with a trainer. When I started I was 180lbs at 5'7" with a 38 inch waist. I could only benchpress 100lbs max.I started with 100grams of protein a day (including 2 shakes) and 40 grams of fat or less. My goal was to lose fat, get bigger and ripped. My routine was... Mondays- 30 minutes treadmill In 4 months I was a solid 168 lbs, a 33 inch waist and maximum bench press was 225. Today(8 months later) I am still at the same weight and strength. I can't gain any muscle or get any stronger. I even up my protein intake to 200 grams a day and cut the treadmill out to once every two weeks. What the hell is wrong? I've been offered Dbol and wondered is this my only solution. Can anybody explain? IP: Logged |

This is a good guidline to follow for any cycle or anyone thinking of using steroids for the first time, with every cycle use some form of Testosterone and use between 500-750mgs a week, then all you have to do is decide what you want to stack it with, Deca and Dbol are the most popular, both are good for size and strength, the choice is yours as both are good.
