Anyone know a good exercise for lower bicpes? I have long arms and this always been a problem for me. Preacher curls just aren't working. Thanks IP: Logged |

HEY LUKE, i have pretty short bi's and tried this. get on a pull-up bar and slide your hands together palms facing you. do 1/3 pull-ups. just pull until you feel the lats kick in, very short moves. you can do them weighted or have a partner pull you down on the negative part of the rep. this is helping me i do them after my regular bicep workout. do them until they burn, like when you do calves. 2 sets until failure is usually enough. good luck. OUT. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Try preachers with dumbells. Make sure that you are going all the way down, but don't hyperextend. IP: Logged |
