![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would imagine that it would be a smart thing to do. That way your body does not get used to one training style. The only difference in my work out is the way I use my diet to get lean. I refuse to do anything that is very catabolic such as too much cardio. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() are you referring to a 12 week cycle, with the first 6 containing things like anadrol, dbol and test and the last 6 containing deca, fina, and equipoise? you could probably get by fine using cutting drugs (dnp, eca, clen, cytomel) in the period between cycles. 6 weeks of juice, then do 2 on, 2 off, 2 on of clen & cytomel or do 3 7 on 7 off cycles of dnp between cycles. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i did this sort of thing but a little longer the only problem i had was that my receptor were a little taxed. but let me ask you a question...What do you think IFBB bodybuilders do they are on a mass stack in the off season then 8 weeks before a contest then bang out a competion stack so yes you can do it i mean look at lee priest he is so bloated then in like 8 weeks he is so shredded IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i forgot i also totally agree with 2thick cardio is catabolic and therefor BAD if you do a stepper for like an hour how many calories did you burn 3 4 5 hundred, instead just cut back on some food or something like oj take some cytomel no need to overtrain your legs or any ohter part of your body with cardio remeber CARDIO IS BAD!!!
