Put your heels, back, and back of your head against a pole. Use as much weight as possible on a barbell or EZ so that neither of those three parts leave the pole. Don't let your elbows come up either.I will usually do sets of 8-10 till failure, then superset with lighter dumbs. Do it till they explode! And then do it some more! IP: Logged |

Consentration curls work really well. Also, Hammer curls superset with regular curls with a supinated twist. Talk about pain! Hell Yeah!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Don't forget to do those incline curls nice and slow on a bench with your legs off the ground so you can't cheat with your whole damn body or legs or back like the stick-boys do!!! Lift BIG! Vinman IP: Logged |

Hey Conan69, you mean 6-8 reps for 3 sets? I would also be careful if using heavy weight to avoid jerking it, or you could end with tendon damage and need to have scar tissue scraped from the tendon on the inside of the elbow where it attaches to the elbow. It hurts like hell. Sucks to when you used to curl 225, that won't be happening for quite a while IP: Logged |

I do standing dumbbell curls, then standing barbell curls (straightbar), then standing dumbell hammers, then preacher. Two sets apiece as heavy as you can go. Ouch- IP: Logged |
