My left calf is a full 1.5" bigger than
my right. Any ideas how in the hell I
can catch the right side up??!?! I have
been trying like a mad man but it just
doesn't seem to be working....

Isolate that muscle and work it a little more than the other. try 2 times a week for the weaker of the two.

Besides one-legged calf raises on a
machine any other ideas for exercises
I can use to work ONLY my right calf
and not the left?!?!??

You can do seated calf raises and also one leg calf press on the leg press machine.

I'll stick to the 3 lifts and do one day extra a week on the right side and see what happens.
