My left calf is a full 1.5" bigger than my right. Any ideas how in the hell I can catch the right side up??!?! I have been trying like a mad man but it just doesn't seem to be working.... Thanks, Vinman IP: Logged |

Isolate that muscle and work it a little more than the other. try 2 times a week for the weaker of the two. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Besides one-legged calf raises on a machine any other ideas for exercises I can use to work ONLY my right calf and not the left?!?!?? IP: Logged |

You can do seated calf raises and also one leg calf press on the leg press machine. ------------------ IP: Logged |
