I am almost three weeks into a sust250 cycle. My right chest is a little bigger than my left. I didn't notice it being like this before. I dont think its gyno, Its not just the nipple, the whole muscle is growing faster. Has anyone ever experienced this how do I keep it from getting worse? Bro, you have two right chests? hehe What you may want to do is try to do some isolated work for the chest that is lagging behind. Using DB's or Cable etc. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Any chest excersise will work. Just isolate that muscle which is lagging. You could do DB chest press for instance. Just hold the weight stationary on the stronger side to keep yourself balanced on the bench, then press with the other. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Most guys get lopsided chest's from a little too much, as Adam Sandler would say, wacky dee wacky doo. Become a switch hitter and solve your problem. Flyes help to. IP: Logged |
