![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You guys asked for examples and progress, here's mine. First i started my diet around august- decemberaning it up, because there was a contest in march. THis was the diet Mon-sat. lifting 6 day/w 4 morn.light cardio days. 4 night cardio(light) *Morn E/C/A stack, 1/2 hour of cardio after 8 i.u.'s of humalin r 10 min later 90g oatmeal, 12 egg whites and 1/2 gallon water. *3 hrs later-2 chicken breasts, 90g oatmeal or rice, 1/2gallon water E/C/A stack *3 hrs later meal replacement w/50 extra grams whey, w/ strawberries total protien 90g *3hrs later 12 egg whites and bagel. *after gym 8 i.u's humalin 15 min later 2 chicken sandw. grilled chicken w/ fat free white bread Before bed meal replacement w/ whey 90g total. Sun all day eat whatever you want august and september carbs After w/o 6 grams creatine before bed 50g whey IP: Logged |
