First off this is NOT A STERIOD. And creatine has been around for awhile. I think creatine is garbage because all it does is make you hold water and make you look like a fat pig. Your strength may go up a bit but that's about it. IP: Logged |

Ok dude, you seem like a polite guy so before the rest of the iron brotherhood rips into you I'll give you some friendly advice: do some research before asking that kind of question. Its not a stupid question but rather one that has been answered many, many times. Just trying to look out for ya bro. IP: Logged |

First off guy's, he's saying he is 17, so let us give him the benefit of the doubt! There is no need to go off on a newbie asking a legit question, especially when the media gives it so much hype to the question he's asking. Not too mention some of the morons that work at a supplement store that have no clue! Not all mind you, but most guys I run into when it comes to supplement stores will tell you anything to make a sale. That being said, With proper use and diet, as well as your routine, it will AIDE you in the direction you seek. But further investigation is what you need if you seek more! ------------------ IP: Logged |

it's a great SUPPLEMENT!!But that's it a supplement, will get you big but once you stop it you piss out a lot of water that you've retained. It works great though and you will get strong, just drink a crap load of water throughout the day cause it will give you cramps... ------------------ IP: Logged |

I couldn't tell if you were joking or not, but I guess that you are not. Creatine is a good thing to take when you are 17 instead of roids. IP: Logged |

I agree with phiend your to young for the real stuff stick to supplements. But creatine a steroid????, come on kid. I know that alot of the guys here have personally aked you to do more research before posting questions, so why don't you just listen. Use your servers search engine for key names like: creatine. You will learn more about the products through those links than here cause not alot of people will take the time to seriously answer your uninformed questions. Thanks listening ------------------ IP: Logged |

Creatine works if you want strength and water gain. After I stop using it I lose that feeling of power and all the weight I put on while using it, I just seem to piss it out which is probably what is really happening. IP: Logged |

Creatine is not as good as gear but it is an excellent supplement for someone not using steroids. Before I used gear I used Cell-Tech and gained 20 pounds in one month. I drank lots and lots of water and ate like hell. I lost about 6 pounds of water weight at the end. It did not make me as strong as other creatines such as phosphagen Hp though. IP: Logged |
