Hello, Im around 6'0" 180. I wanted to build some muscle but dont have the time to dedicate really good hours to bodybuilding. I also live in an small appartment, and cannot buy myself a decent weight gym. Question I have is this. I was thinking about buying one of those total gyms, they seem small, quiet and like they may offer some okay workout. Basically, I just want washboard abs and to be nicely toned. Any suggestions? Email [email protected] Thanks! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Make the time. If you're working out right, it shouldn't take more than 60 minutes a day, and usually less. 4 days a week... and you can do it any time of the day. If all you want is washboard abs and a nicely toned body. Eat right, jog in mornings, and do situps. IP: Logged |

its actually not only the time, its the money. The amount of protien that must be eaten, and supliments to take add up to more than I can afford. I try to eat chicken as much as possible, but its alot more expensive than my typical pasta. Do you happen to know anything about the Total Gym 1000? I would find it alot easier to work out in my place, but its small and dont have room for a universal. I can give 60 mins a day, the problem is, 25 mins each way to the gym actually works out to more like 2 hours. I want the washboards but I want to tone the rest of my body. Thanks again for your input IP: Logged |

Ok, I'm a hypocrate but here it goes... You will not get anything that you desire from any of those home gyms you see on the infomercials. I am a promoter for some but not all and I cann tell you everything you need to know when it comes to that. Let's just say... I need to make money too, so if that means promo's for a product, I will do it! But ask me in private, and I will tell you the truth. There is much more to what you see or know when it comes to certain products, such as... S*l*F*EX, The A**DOMIN*TOR. Don't be fooled, and e-mail me if you want. Just a heads up for a fellow bro! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Take the money you would spend on the gym, and buy a membership at a rec center or some type of gym. Hopefully in a year, you will be better off financially. Or you might realize how much it means to you, and you will be saving pennies like me, trying to save up for a good cycle of sus. Im not kidding either, I really do save pennies. You would be amazed on how much you can save when you really want to. As for just having washboard abs etc.... don't you have the dream of walking into a room of athletes and knowing your the biggest motherfucker in there. Its a dream to many and a reality to few. Good Luck, hope my rambling helped. ------------------ IP: Logged |
