 Tim_Couch Keep in mind I am not the most veteran guy on the board, but I am taking Xenadrine right now. Really the only reason I change my diet is because, the less healthy food I eat the more my stomach gets upset and then I find myself having a lot of reading time on my hands(stocking the pond w/brown trout). I personally think Xenadrine kicks Mega-Ass at burning fat. That's just me. It's also said to be an anti-catablolic, which helps preserve muscle tissue while losing. And also gives you energy. Take that for what you will. I used to be a health club director, and sold a shitload of it. I'd recommend it to anyone. IP: Logged |

for two more weeks i work at gnc hell, but xenadrine is the best ive used, and sold... and uh, not to be a smart ass but read the bottle... RFA-1 rapid fat loss catalist... its technically a thermogenic, interior body heat rises, burning more calories, also it curbs the app. does it all to help you lose. IP: Logged |

Hey its good stuff man, but if you really want to cut the fat, you are going to have to watch your eating habits, you may burn off fat, but if you keep replacing it with the same or more you are just defeating the purpose. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE SMALL! IP: Logged |

I've said it before. for north-of-the-border fat burning supps, it's tough to beat MQ's phenyltropic. I swear by the stuff. It hasn't helped my arms get any bigger (damn lagging biceps...) but it'll help you drop fat around the midsection. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I like Xenadrine better than Hydroxycut. I'm using Xenadrine now...mostly cuz I couldn't get clen in time...beacuse I've been cutting for my spring break. It definately suppreses my appetite and I even get a little kick in my workouts. I like the stuff. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you want to burn fat, go with DNP. It is safe if administered with common sense. It is farely easy and cheap to obtain from Springfield Scientific, Inc. Nothing compares to DNP, nothing. Just a little confused. I understand that Xenadrine is just an herbal replacement for and eca stack. I have read numerous times on this board to go for the real deal and stay away from these herbal substitutes. What is the best to use. I have used Thermadrene in the past with good results. Take it on a case by case basis, I LOVE this stuff and can lose weight and still sleep at nite. It's a nice combo of Ma-Huang which gives about 20MG ephedrine and Guarana extract which gives 200MG of caffeine. That with their own ThermoSynergist Blend gives great results....try it and see what you think is all I can say.... If you don't like it THEN lump it. Lift BIG! Vinman IP: Logged |

I personally use Hydroxycut. I take 5 before my work out and that's it!! That is all I ever take. I get a great boost in energy and it doesn't upset my stomach. It is much more effective then Ripped Fuel. IP: Logged |

all that xen and all that other crap is just another way for ronnie coleman and lee priest to get paid by putting their name on useless garbage.which gives them more money for juice/hgh.All that stuff doesnt work .Go for the real stuff :Clen Winny and ECA. Just started Xen, I am eating a nearly no carb, no fat diet. I have been eating chicken and tuna at every meal and the Sh@t makes me freakin' gag. If the xen does not work with the diet I'm on i'll snap! Taking 2 caps 3 times a day, I weigh 270, yeah Im a fat ass, don't flame me, recovering from a injury that put me out for nearly a year. Back in the gym now, get up at 2AM Do and hour on the treadmill then swim for 30 min. Go to work (I hang drywall, yeah it sucks, but it pays the bills. I'm 24yrs.old want to be a freakin' rocket scietist but schools to damn expensive, taking one class at a time)back to the gym after work to lift. Am I overtraining? This is the heaviest I've ever been, pre-injury always weighed about 210lean. I'll whip my ass back into shape one way or another, being fat freakin' sucks, I also want to start my cycle, but want to be back in descent shape first. Didn't mean to ramble, I'll post results of my journey back from blobiness. P.S. think i'll wait to post any pics until I am back in good form. IP: Logged |

If you look on the bottle of Xenadrine, the ingredients are the same as Ripped Fuel, and probably the other stuff as well. I stay away from it.....use the ECA and though I have never tried it, I would like to get some DNP.....when it's time to drop. Bitachaos your ramble was hilarious... IP: Logged |
