Help me out bros... I am leaving NY to goto GA tomarrow to finalize my divorce. Its about a 16 hour drive, and then I will be staying at a hotel. You guys got any tips for me... I will probably have to live on fast food, N-Large, and protein shakes for a few days. I'll probably take in extra glutimine and creatine. Dont want to lose an once of my hard earned muscle. Any suggestions would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

Look for gyms in the area where you travel. You can almost always get a day pass to any of them, it's usually just 5 bucks or so. There is always "time" too, you just have to make it. It's also good for a change of pace. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Protein bars, i hear those labrada ones are great, i think he also makes MR bar. Make some turkey sandwiches, or tuna and stick them in a cooler in the back seat. Do some cardio by screaming at other drivers. heh heh

If you must do fast food (which I must from time to time), I like to pick up a "big montana" at arby's. Lots of beef, not necessarily the leanest, but keeps the protein up compared to the big mac. stay big, Christian IP: Logged |

If there's no gym around but a YMCA i think a one day pass is something like $5.00, if you have to do fast food try and stick to the grilled foods (If you can call them that) but do like E2 says if nothing else get your cardio by yelling at idiot drivers. Good luck bro Plates IP: Logged |

i would live on tuna, lean body bars(labrada) mmmmm... and maybe some chicken breasts, the cooler idea will work on the way down, definitely. hit up the grocery stores for a baked chicken? go to wendys and get a baked potato and tell them to put thier toppings....well, you know. just some ideas. have a safe trip. I travel for a living..lots of things you can do. Buy a box of protien bars. So you can snack on the road. They are good cause no messy mix up and you dont have to stop. If you cant find a gym a couple of good suggestions. You can move stuff around in your hotel room and do dips, and of course push-ups. Put a towel on the top of the door and do pull ups. Its tuff but get after it old school style.. 90% Desire 10%work IP: Logged |

my advice is, if you have to do fast food hit a subway get a turkey on wheat and get extra turkey (no mayo of course) keep a cooler like E2 said and keep about a galon of milk per day in the bitch and hit some different gyms and scare all the southerners with your incredible strength IP: Logged |

Look for an Outback Steak House or Black Agnus in the yellow pages once you get to the hotel. They're real cheap and the quality isn't that bad. I'm a Ruth's Chris man myself, but when you're on the run you take what you can get. Also, chicken sandwhiches at the drive throughs along the way. ------------------ IP: Logged |
