How much Cardio should be done while you are on winstrol? Currently I do 25 min of stairs at a moderate rate. Thanks for your input. B IP: Logged |

I try to do 15 min pre workout on the stairmaster 2000 w/ the rotating stairs and I also do 30 min on the eclipse post workout 3x a week. This seems to give me good results. Make sure you keep lots of liquids in you though. IP: Logged |

I like to do cardio 5X's a week.Do a 20min program on the bike machine( I prefer the intervals) Then I do stairmaster or treadmill for another 10-15 min . Push yourself as hard as you can go......then go way beyond that. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Just a word of advice: if you are pushing yourself as hard as you can. Then you are NOT doing areobics! You are at that point turning it back into anareobic Meaning without oxagen, and the fuel source no longer is fat but atp. You should strive to keep your pulse between 120 and 150 . 150 nif you are in really good shape. You should be able to carry on a conversation, no gasping for air. When you push really hars then it becomes cardiovasculr work.Good for the heart, bad fo burning fat. ------------------ IP: Logged |

30-45 min. / day 5 days a week does pretty good or else I would be over 300Lbs. and VERY un-cut..... Vinman IP: Logged |

It depends on how cut you wanna be, if you are planning on being cut up for a show then you need to do atleast 50min a day 5 days a week. I think the best time to do it is first thing in the morning before you eat. That way your body can feed off the fat. Take a ECA stack before hand IP: Logged |
