I am new here. I have been monitoring for about three weeks. It has been a challenge for me to sort through all of the different opinions and figure out who is wrong or right. Can I ask some of the seasoned veterans to help me out? I am 6'1" 180 23 yrs old. I am pretty tight but need some help cutting a little off of my abs. I want to bulk up to 240-250 eventually. My main concerns are Acne and temperament. I work in the professional sector so I need to be discreet. Thanks for your help. IP: Logged |

Bro, I agree with Big Guy.....You need to be a little more specific. Also......It's going to be hard to be discreet going from 180 to 240........! Ranger IP: Logged |

To cutt the fat off your abs, you'll have to hit the cardio and watch your diet. Keep the fats low and keep your RBR up as high as you can, do your cardio in the morning before eating. As well you can try some ECA or Clen. To pack on some size, try some test. Any one of em for a first cycel will do you good. Stack it with some deca or eq and you'll do fine.
