Whats the deal with mailing gear. What type of leagal issues are you looking at by mailing gear. If the package was to get checked out by authorities, would the person who lives at the address be accountable or the name on the package. I have seen time again, "don't sign for anything" but I can't remeber the last time I had to sign for a package from UPS or Priority mail (US). Is that all you have to do, is just not sign for the package and 'presto' you are home free. What would be the safest way to mail packagaes local and internationally so to cover your butt from the law. Thanks... IP: Logged |

the name on the package is accountable, of course remeber the saying possesion is 9/10 of the law too...I have never had to sign for a package locally I use priority mail..works great..I have had no prob mail order so far, but it is a risk, the penalties are determined by how much you are getting too I think... big-guy IP: Logged |

Definitely do not sign for anything that you would not usually be required to sign for. Be extra cautious if it appears that the package has been tampered with. Sometimes when the package is seized by customs all they do is send you a letter informing you of that. Other times (maybe if your order is large and they think they have a major bust on their hands) they will send an agent, posing as a mailman, who will ask you to sign for the package and then proceed to arrest you if you do sign. If you are nervous about receiving stuff via mail, simply upon receiving the package mark it 'Return To Sender' and leave it by your door, do not open it for at least 2 days... after that you should be clear. IP: Logged |

You will find if you have Gear sent to your house it does not matter whoes name is on it if you except the package and it is in the house the boys have cause to issue a warrent and come in your house. whether you sign or not. Mail order is getting harder every day, watch your back. IP: Logged |

Then to protect yourself you would have it sent to another address and then keep the gear at a diffrent address. If they search, they will find nothing at the mailing address. I is this correct? So you have an fake name, and a tempoary adress. Also the gear being mailed is nolvadex, clomid, and proviorn. Does it matter how "server" the gear being sent is. The quanity is also small, individuale use. IP: Logged |
