Ok, you all remember Adam right....the dude who we all admire for his physique...and his knowledgable website on natural bodybuilding.
I sent the dude an email offering him some advice on reconstructing his diet and routine, and told him to quit wasting so much time worrying about AS and start worrying about his body. I mean I was fairly polite and I thought very mannerly. Well this is the response I got from his GIRLFRIEND...yeah you heard it right..his Girl.
"your words of wisdom are not welcome here. Worry about yourself and leave Adam alone. Your advice just makes you look like more of an ass than you are"

What the hell was that? Now I really dont like the f#$knut.

I too e-mailed him. I was very polite, but here is an example of the know it all ass holes that are in the gym. Those pictures were no different. The only difference was he learned to stand up streight and stand to the right side of his mirror. He even shaved for that second shot. This is the type of guy who goes into the gym, thinks he knows everything, wont shut up, cant stop talking about himself, and than expects everyone to listen to him and but will not listen himself. When someone tries to give him advice he shrugs it off because "he has over 10 years of experience" yet he never trained until a little over a year ago? He'll probably have his girl convince him to enter a show and when he gets his ass kicked he'll be the first to try to say the only reason he isnt winning is because he isnt on drugs and everyone else is. God, I say it once and I'll say it again, is this what we are dealing with, because Adam represents the 75% of the people in the gym believe it or not. People like this will never learn. WHAT A SAD, CLOSE MINDED PERSON. Dont be too hard on him guys, I have a feeling he got A LOT of e-mail and just does'nt feel too confident right now. Adam, if you are reading this thread dont take it so personal you put yourself in the position....your ignorant and too self absorbed, you and your girl.

You know, i thought this adam fellow probably wasn't as bad a guy as we were all making him out to be... thats what i thought

but if you read his messageboard, somebody called machine left a very mellow and nice message a while back saying hey, i dont do roid but you know, they are not a bunch of junky's and you maybe shouldn't believe the hype. well he got flaimed by, ostensibly, mr. adam himself. it was not a scientific and well thought out flaim. it was more like name calling.

Whew....didnt know that was going to cause such a stir...but your guy's post cracked my ass up....LOL...that was too damn funny....
I seen that post by machine and I myself thought it was well presented and polite, and he got ripped. I emailed the dude with the intentions of lending out some pointers, I mean in my first year of natural BB I made huge gains, as should be expected with proper knowledge, research, and discipline.
The thing that really burned my ass...was his G-friends rude ass reply to me, like I was trying to hurt the poor kid or something.
Ill tell you this Bros tried and true: Im starting my first cycle as soon as my gear comes in and after many years of natural BB, yes I believed many of the myths and rumors of AS, but never onced knocked anyone for it or blamed my physique on them. I knew what I had to do and just did it end of story. Now that I see how morons who know nothing hold such bias against bros who use gear...well....IT JUST MAKES ME THAT MUCH MORE PROUD TO BE PART OF THIS BROTHERHOOD!!

Iron Brothers I do not feel sorry for this Adam guy at all. From what is on his website he is a fucking jerk. He is one of those dudes who think they are the shit and know all about lifting because he does not juice and everybody who is stronger or bigger than him is cheating because they must be on something.
