I am wondering what is the best combo at this site. I just went there and I am totally confused about all the seperate protein combos and supps. What is the best combo, not only cost effective, but will yield the best gains on and off the gear?? I am eating chicken, tuna, and drinking Myoplex as often as possible. Is there a combo from the factory that I can take so I don't have to eat all this stuff?? Sort of like a drink to give me all the protein I need. I am 195 and 5'11.5 and am not on gear yet. I can't seem to break the 200 mark when I am eating good. I reached 210 when I was eating EVERYTHING!!!! I had high BF though. When I diet properly I can't keep 200+. I am trying to get max weight and strength before gear. Will this protein supplement help?? I realize I need at least 1 gram per pound. Can I get this just from the Factory's supps?? Or is this not possible? Thanks for all the help.

Bro, protein supplements are meant to do just that supplement. YOU WILL HAVE to eat all the stuff you mentioned above in order to grow. Supps are valuable tools, but nothing beats real food hands down.
As far as the protein factory goes, I just ordered my first combo from there and I have to say that place is awesome. It depends on what you want in your protein and the goals your looking for. The website gives you a good detailed description of what each does for the body. I personally ordered my mix like this: 50% pure whey isolate (quick absorbing, heavy branched chain aminos) 20% casein (more of a time released slower digesting protein not as dense as pure whey) 20% egg (very high protein rating and very bio available) 10% soy (a bit incomplete as aminos go, but great for riboflavons, and glutamine) Read all the options and go from there. Hope this helps bro,
Later.

i agree. use a similar blend 30% isolate 30% concentrate 30%casein and 10% supro i sweeten with acesulfame-k and leave it plain so i can add fruit or yogurt to it. yummy. but keep with the "real" food too. i try to get most of my protein from food sources and supp maybe once a day. sometimes not at all. but in all that company rocks. i think you will find alot of people who agree.

OH yeah one more thing bro, if you ever meet Chris Aceto kick him in the jimmy for me.
Hes the bro in flex that says the one gram per pound of weight deal with protein.
Shoot for AT Least 1.5g per body lb. or even better...2.

Thanks for all the help. I guess it's chicken for dinner and tuna for lunch again!!! 2 grams per pound? Holy shit!!! I am going to die!!! 1 grams was hard enough! I guess I'll have to double my meals!!! Thanks again!!
