Anyone here ever have lioposuction for their abs or considering it? I have a friend who had it done- he lost 6lbs of fat and his abs are ripped. Wondering if anyone else has had similar results or horror stories. IP: Logged |

How about diet and exercise??? Self-modivation and self-control is a lot cheaper than surgery, but ofcourse it's easier cheat and go spend $6,000.... rather than working hard. I would feel better about myself if I knew i got to where i am through my own work, not some doctor's, but that's just my opinion. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey, I get your point, but aren't anabolics cheating? I only assume you use them, or are cosidering using them if you follow this board IP: Logged |

Hey watch a video on a liposuction surgery. Thats shit is sick. It motivated me to hit the treadmill and do some crunches. I never wanna do that. Your sore as hell too for a long time. I would rather do it myself. As for your post of anabolics cheating.... It's not like you don't have to put in the work to get the huge muscles. You still have to bust your ass and have a good diet. Liposuction, you can not work out and eat like a pig. Then spend $3000 to not look like a fat slob. ------------------ IP: Logged |

just a little tid-bit. Liposustion is the only true spot reduction thing. hardcore diet and exercise is where you will look good! Lipo just erases an area! IP: Logged |

I actually think liposuction is a good option for some people. A lot of people have come to me for fat loss advice over the years and I've learned something from their experiences... not everyone can lose fat as easily as I can. In fact, for some people, it'd damn near impossible even with the right diet and exercise. Talk to Bruce Nadler about it. He's the guy for that sort of thing. http://www.drnadler.com/lipo.htm I don't have any first hand experience with it, but I don't think that we should knock lipo as a legitimate option just because most of us don't need it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you have the money why not...only thing is you will be in pain for weeks afterward and not in the gym for at least two weeks. ------------------ IP: Logged |

It strange for me to see that you think that anabolics are cheating and liposuction isn't. With liposuction you're cheating more than you would with any anabolic. You walk in a room and they hoover out your fat, with anabolics or themogenics you still have you work your ass off.

there is no cheating... anabolics, lipo, its just a method of getting where you want to go. if you pay 3k for surgery, or if you spend 500 for a cycle, its your money.. do with it as you please.... its not a math exam, its your body... IP: Logged |
