Try doing barbell first, then follow them by dumbell, this is what Arnold S. did.

Do all three. It has worked for me. Dont know how big my chest is but I work chest twice a week. First day: Flat, Second day:Incline
Hope this helps.

P.S. You can never go wrong with dumbells.
(unless its leg day)

i like to do incline barbell just because i can use some weight on it. dumbells are awkward to try to put up the weight for me. but by far i get a burn when i do them. i like to do incline flyes as well, but they arent for mass i guess. i dont like the hammer strenght incline so much, would rather use the smith.

If you are going to use the incline hammer make sure of one thing .The inthe starting possition the handles need to be at soulder hight not down by your waste! I would rate them in.bar.in dum.in.flys.dips,hammer

alot of people who find it difficult to build with barbell presses might want to try incline dumbell presses, incline flyes, and decline presses. Decline kinda gets a bad reputation because usually only pussy ass weak guys do them so them can add some lbs. to their "bragging wieght" I do them extremely heavy as my last exercise cause your delts are already taxed from inclines. this way you do inclines while yer strongest and yet you still lift strong at the end

My opinion is as follows;
monday-Squats followed by pull overs, then weighted dips.
thur-incline presses followed by weighted dips.

Don't forget that lats, delts and traps make the pecs look their best.

First due incline dumbbells, making sure to explosively contract at the peak of the movement. Then, assuming you're training pecs bi-weekly; perform barbell inclines after 3 days. It will give your stabilizing muscles a slight rest.

i agree with squatter on this one upper chest and dips are like cow and chicken no i mean like milk and cows.
they mix really good.
weghted dips if you are up to it are even better when you are used to the exercise and believe me your upper chest will look good.
over the head or pull overs could help expand your chest area some, and the good old wide bench press is also used,

I change my workout around every 6 weeks or so, but I do chest twice a week. I'll either be doing 3 sets on the flat bench with the last set to failure... then i'll work on my delts for a while... then do incline dumbell press, last set to failure... then a couple of tricep sets with the cables. Otherwise I'll do 3 sets on the inclined bench press with the barbell, then 3 sets on the flat bench with the dumbell. Always do the barbell first though, then use the dumbells to really get the burn.
