but for real man, i don't know if that was someones real webpage, or someone trying to sell a product, but if it was a individuals webpage you shouldn't be flaming them for trying to better themselves.

atleast he's trying, you don't know anything about this guy, but i know if i was him i wouldn't want a bunch of guys making fun of me, i think all of us looked pretty bad before we started working out.....think about it......not flaming you, but i think i speak for most of us when i say let's try to keep the flaming off this board, it's for helping people...........

i think his stack is as follows
1ml cortizone daily.
2 pills of prednisone hourly.
ephedrine - 100-150 mgs daily
Caffeine- 600-1000 milli's daily

DIet -
2 shakes and a sensable dinner

training -
treadmill 1 hour daily
flat bench press - 2 sets of 10
leg press - 2 sets of 10
Doesnt do deadlifts or squats because they are really bad for the knees and back.

ok guys - i hacked a little bit and found this guys website and e-mail. i feel kinda bad posting it. those pics were real. he does have some other pics in there that make him look a little tiny tiny bit better (check out his 'most muscular'). poor guy. his website is called: "ADAMS NATURAL BODYBUILDING SITE". This guy is a total fucking joke. I too am a natural bodybuilder. I know I want to take the plung to A.S., but I have not reached my natural potential yet. When i started on April 5th 1998(Never lifted before that) I weighted 263 lbs and was 33% BF. Since April 99 I have taken 4th in a contest and won the Souther Colorado State Championships in the novice division and took 3rd overall.
I am curreently getting ready for what could be my last natural show. I'm ontrack to go in at 195lbs and 5% bf. I'm very proud of what I have done, that guy really pisses me off, I'm with all of you we should encourage improvement, but this guys smokin crack(Hence while he still looks like shit!!)

Good luck in all you fellas do, cause most of us on this board really know what hard work and dedication means. A.S. are a tool for sucess. This guy is a poster child for Richard Simons.

This guy is full of it. How could he possibly look so flabby and stick to this kind of diet. I know it is not perfect, but some of you will have to admit it is not that bad.

How I have been eating to gain mass
When I made the commitment to get back into bodybuilding, I wanted to accomplish one thing: get bigger and more muscular. I've always eaten well, but not protein powder. I mention that a lot, because I feel it's importance can be easily overlooked. I get Whey Protein Powder and Complex Carbohydrate Powder from Supplement Direct. Very good prices.
- My typical protein shake recipe:
 8-12 ounces skim milk
 1 tsp flax seed oil (to get all three Essential Fatty Acids)
 25 grams Whey protein powder
 A little bit of frozen fruit - strawberries, raspberries, etc.

Then just blend it up, and you've got a great post-workout drink. I believe the carbs help the protein-sparing effect. They get used for energy, and the protein gets used to build muscle.
So, a typical day's meal plan may look like this:
MEAL
1. Breakfast:
 Seven scrambled eggs (1 whole + 6 or more whites)
 1 cup cooked NON-instant oatmeal.
 1 glass apple juice
 1 cup coffee
2. Snack:
 1 protein shake
 1 small glass of water
3. Lunch:
 1 can tuna fish in water
 2 slices of wheat bread
 1 spoon of sweet relish
 Dash of Celery-salt
 1 large glass of water
4. Snack:
 1 protein shake
 1 small glass of water
5. Dinner:
 1 baked boneless chicken breast, or salmon steak
 1 serving of brown rice
 1 serving of green beans
 1 large glass of water
6. Before Bed: (since I always wake up starving anyway)
 1 protein shake
 1 small glass of water

This guy is one interesting individual. Has enough ego to put his picture up on the net and say things like E2 was pointing out. Not only that he claims to have a lot of knowledge about bodybulding but makes a statement that the reason it will take him so long is because he is tall. Check out my post on that issue. These are the guys that want a medal for being natural! Hey it's great to be promoting natural bodybuilding, but he better get educated because just by his statement I know 16 years olds that know more than him. Still, he is proud of himself and if exercise did that for him...I think thats great. I just hope his ego does'nt push him into a bodybuilding show because it probably wont be to good of an experience for him.

Ya know I feel sorry for the bloke.
I mean damn you know he is trying...its more than some people do, but....I just wish he didnt think he knew it all.
Did you look at his diet, I bet hes only getting like 1800 cal a day if that, and no where near enough protein....look at his breakfast...no where near enough eggs, I dont remember the last time I ate that few. I hope if he follows the link mailed to him it dont totally crush him. But reading info alone will not produce results...only EXPERIENCE.
