My diet consist of this: All Portions uncooked amounts: 7:00 am- 1 cup oatmeal 10:00 am- 3 Scoops of whey protien. 1:00 pm- 2 cups of rice and 8-10 oz of chicken breast. Veggie if you want!!! 4:00 pm- 3 scoops of whey protien 7:00 Same as lunch
e-mail me for more details. [email protected] This diet will teild about 250-300 grams of protien per day. I'm 6' 207lbs and 7.1%BF with 6 more weeks of diet before show. I should go in around 4-5.5%BF.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I basically do the same thing as fuknguns; primarily due to my busy schedule. I basically have to come home slam down a shake and cook up some oatmeal (the whole process takes 10 minutes!) If I'm strictly bulking I'm a little less strict but not too much, for one reason I've lost my appetite for processed, saturated fatty foods. IP: Logged |
