i'm taking 400mgtestcyp/400mgdeca per week and i'm worried about not getting enough calories. i do really want to get cut - i'm about 16-18% bf, and i'm eating maybe 175mg protien a day - mostly whey. i do'nt think i'm getting anything near 4000 calories a day? what will this do to my cycle. note my cycle is about 8 weeks and i weight 200. I only want to gain 10 or 15 pounds - but want them to be quality, not fat.

Not taking in enought nutrients will just not let your body take full advantage of the increases anabolic state that you're in when taking steroids. The drugs you're talking are going to cause you to retain water and certainly stack on some size, you're not going to look cut. Try an eat more, as much as you can, and remember whey shakes are a supplement not a staple of your diet.

When your cycle is done, hit the cardio hard, make sure you're taking a good anit est like clomid during and after your cycle. Eat all that you can now and after your cycle hit the cardio hard, take some eca or clen and try and drop all the fat you can.

That was my very first cycle exactly. First, I would up your protein to 300gm a day. I am sure it is a typo but, 175mg protein would sustain an orthopod.

Here is a diet to follow for weight gain.

See food diet. See it, eat it!


You need at least 300 gm protein
400 gm carbo's
100 gms fat

that equals 3700 calories.

4 cal's per gm proteins
4 cal's per gm carbs
9 cal's per gm fats

If you need more calories try to get it from "good" carbs, pasta's, rices, tater's, bread (whole wheat type/7grain)

Up the protein a bit
If you have to up the fats make sure they are "good" fats, use flaxseed oil, olive oil, mct oil, etc.

Go easy on the fats though.

If you want to get cut your diet needs to be pretty devoid of fat/carbs. No more than 150 to 200 gms carbs a day and less than 50gms fat. And you should be using gear like winstrol V, eq, fina, etc. And doing 20 minutes of cardio after every workout.

I am sure you already know this but, to lose weight burn more energy than you intake, to gain weight, burn less energy than you intake.

wuz up bro "175 mg"?....I tell you one thing, protien is one the most important nutrient in going on a cycle (steriods synthesize protein molecules).... heres an example of my protein intake, but note this is just on insulin (only 1 month cycle - thank god)first i carb deplete for 3 days (below 100g)and then i start my cycle while i'm still keeping my carb levels low for the whole month. you probably asking what i eat.
well you or any one elses may think i'm insane, but i load my protein intake to 600g a day (most comes from protein supplements) and only eat 1 soild meal a day for the entire month (by this time the smell of protein shakes makes me wanna throw-up)....this plan takes a very high tolerence level to do for an entire cycle....i guess my whole point is to keep your carb low for that nice tight and lean look while putting on mass
