my partner did this just over 3 months ago. He gained 18lbs while on the cycle and 7 weeks after he has only lost 4lbs. I am going to start it on monday. The key is the end with the HCG and clomid. No use doing it if you dont have the HCG and clomid. If your nipples get tender or start to inch you might want to throw in some proviron or novadex. Anyway, her it is.

1 500 400 20mg/day
2 500 400 25mg/day
3 500 400 30mg/day
4 500 300 25mg/day
5 250 300 20mg/day
6 250 200 15mg/day 5000iu HCG
7 100mg clomid
