Today is supposed to be my dayoff, but I want to go to the gym today. I have a lot of motivation on my cycle. Should I just rest or should I continue my rotation or should I go work forearms, abs, and calfs?

go do some cardio, or just go and do alot of stretching it will feel great to loosen up
