To me... the whole thing is an arms race... and I want to be the one with the biggest guns, brother. I put more into my arm workout than any other day. Nothin' like a small waist and big arms. My role models are people like Arnold, and Scott Steiner of the WCW. I like lifting with other parts of course.. but damn I love those arms, baby!!! IP: Logged |

I like to do my chest the most. I have to skip it some weeks, because I hit it so hard on the days I do chest.

I will never work my legs with intensity again. When i squat my ass gets bigger, and so do my legs (dub). there too big compered to the restt of the body... And.. yes my forearms are the biggest i�ve seen yet, they match my arms.... fuck IP: Logged |

I'd have to say back and traps. I do work them on separate days. I don't know what it is, I just love back day. It is hard to develope, but is one of the body parts that distinguishes you from the rest. I do deadlifts on back day too and I f@#$ing love doing deads. I love traps too. I do them first on shoulder day. I'll do up to 10 sets for traps. I love when they get sore cause I know I've worked the shit out of em. IP: Logged |

i would have to agree with big brother, SMALL WAIST'S big upper body, mild lower body. ( ARNOLD ) i don't have a favorite body part to work, that's like saying you have a favorite child or something..LOL i love working all of them equaly......LOL IP: Logged |

It's not so much a specfic body part, but I love the DEADLIFT. There's the adrenaline building as you get to the bar, get a good solid grip (no straps, baby!) then explode up with huge iron. Get the weight up, look at yourself in the mirror, say "Hell yeah" then put it back down. Take a few deep vreaths and repeat several times. FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Matt IP: Logged |
