I started my first cycle of Sust Sunday night. I have been eating tons of protein, probably more than I need. Hardly any sodium at all. I have already gained 5 pounds. Don't know if its water or what yet. I am getting my b.f. checked again at the end of my cycle. I know that the sust probably hasn't kicked in yet, but that protein must really be working! Next injection coming soon!

since it is your first week it is probably some water and the extra food you are eating. It usually takes a couple of weeks before the muscles fibers actually start developing. remember this, solid muscle fibers don't grow over night. but they sure as hell grow faster and stronger while on the juice. keep up the hard work!

trust me bro. there is no special protein. protein is protein. Try and get all your protein from animals like fish, deer, Chicken. if you still cannot meet your requirements get some whey!
