I can't stand trying to do chest on Monday when everyone and their dog is lined up for a bench... Fridays are a lot less crowded.

Today I'm working on Hams, Calves, Tris, And Foreamrs. I'll do abs Saturday morning firat thing when I wake up. Sunday is Quads, and that sucks beacause I wont be able to walk at all at work until probably Thursday. The things we do to get SwOLe.

Today is a cardio day, got up at 5:20 and put 3 miles in, did Bi's last nite and a quick tri pump, Still getting 110 # curls for 6 reps and been of the juice since last Nov.

Shoulders and legs. I have to take it easy on the shoulders though. I was working them earlier this week and heard a pop while i was doing dumbbell presses. My left shoulder don't feel to shit hot.
