Today I'm working on Hams, Calves, Tris, And Foreamrs. I'll do abs Saturday morning firat thing when I wake up. Sunday is Quads, and that sucks beacause I wont be able to walk at all at work until probably Thursday. The things we do to get SwOLe. IP: Logged |
