i am getting a reading on the Ketostick of NEGATIVE, does this mean i am in ketosis???
But on the Glucometer i am at 98!
Any info!

I am not sure about the glucometer. But as far as the ketostix goes, you need to start turning it anywhere from lite pink to purple before you are in ketosis. I was down to 4 carns a day and still only turned it lite pink. everyone is different.

From doing the BODYOPUS I remember that Ketostix only measure UNUSED ketones. So if you are active you may be burning ketones so you may never get a purplish reading. That is why you use both--I forget the number check the +/- error for your glucometer but it sounds like you may be "in" ketosis.

If you don't already have BODYOPUS it's worth getting.

You should be getting at least some pink tho...

It depends on how much water you drink. If
you drink a lot the ketones have a low concentration.
