I posted this on the original thread, but wanted to make sure you guys get it, it helps...

You have to TRAIN YOUR BLADDER....no shit, takes roughly 2 days, maybe less......you have to hold it in when u have the urge to go...dont worry, it wont cause any problems, just extremely uncomfortable....and keep holding it til you feel like your gonna explode, it really sucks, but its gauranteed to work !!!

Its hard to do this at work or at the gym, but hold it as long as you can, you'll be surprised at how long you can hold it from getting that first urge....DONT PISS ON THE FIRST URGE !!!

I used to piss every hour, no shit, and I did this for a couple days and it worked....

Every once in a while I start to drift out of it, so I just hold a couple pisses in, til I feel really uncomfortable, let it out, and I'm OK to sleep through the whole night without having to go....have fun...

The only problem with that is that holding in your piss can cause you to have no control of your bladder when you're old and grey. So you piss twice a day now, but all over yourself later

What he says does have some truth to it. Just as everything else with muscle you can control and develope this as well.
Basically what he is talking about is what they call "Kiegel" exercise. It is a great form of exercise for urinary control as well as erection stamina. It is recomended to do these exercises as well as any other. It is for both women and men. Women have been known to open beer bottles alone from these exercises with just thier vag!
One problem that equates to this is during the night. If you have probs, and going during the night, it's a bit difficult to want to hold it and do any pelvic squeezes and go back to sleep.

Fellas, you dont need to make this a way of life....its that the AS make us retain and therefore take in more fluids, which in turn makes us piss more often, but we take it too far and start pissing on every urge and we DONT NEED TO....our bladder begins to "shrink", and everytime it starts to fill beyond its new "comfort zone" it tells the brain that we have to piss......

One sure way to recognize if you need to hold in your urge is if every single piss you take is a big one, like the preverbial morning piss.....hell, I just ate 2 steaks and drank 3 jars of water with it and felt like I had to go, but decided to jump online first, and now that it settled, I feel fine and dont have to go.....and yes rockman, this is very similar to Kiegal (sp) exercises and can have sexual benefits...otherwise, wear a hat if your getting stroked off....
