what is a good cycle for a begginer looking for very few side effects and a good workout to go with the cycle

Go up to the top and do a search. Put the word BEGINNER, in the search, it will bring up 19 posts. There should be some info in there for you. You can also search CYCLE and get a ton of options.

Just thought I would get to you and be gentle before the rest of my bros get hold of this and tear shit up.

I am assuming when you say the word begginer, you mean just started lifting. If that is the case don't touch any gear. Believe or not everyone on this board will tell you that you can make alot of gains from supplements whether a begginer or not. Get your body use to chemicals (legal supplements)and hard work outs before considering a cycle. Once you have taken your body to that level, then think about the next level. Be safe and stay focused.

Just like christian918 said, do a search, there is alot of stuff already posted that will help you, if after that you still need help just post it there are alot of vets that are on the board that are willing to help everybody out!!!
