![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am assuming when you say the word begginer, you mean just started lifting. If that is the case don't touch any gear. Believe or not everyone on this board will tell you that you can make alot of gains from supplements whether a begginer or not. Get your body use to chemicals (legal supplements)and hard work outs before considering a cycle. Once you have taken your body to that level, then think about the next level.
