I am about to cycle sust 250 like this This is my first cycle wk1/375 wk2- 7 500mg wk8/ 375mg wk9/250 ..... Here are my questions 2.dose anyone think 500mg to start is to high 4.What kind of gains can i expect to keep when it is all done I know it is rule of thimb to start higher but I want to test the water before I jump in seeing i have never done this before I hope this will help answering my questions thanks ce IP: Logged |

I think, of coarse this is just my opinion, you should stack the deca with the sust. Start at something like 200 a week of Deca pyramid up to 450 or 500 and then back down to 100 on the last week of deca. End up with just the deca. IP: Logged |

Sustanon is self tapering so I would not waste your time starting off easy. Just go right to 500mg.... It also doesn't convert as easily as most tests because it is a time released blend. I would use the deca after the test. Some people might disagree but sus has test. deconate which is going to be long acting almost a month. This means your test levels aren't going to come back on-line for close too 2 months. They ussually wont come back until all the shit has been out of your system forat least 3-4 weeks. So you could be doing the deca in the mean time. Take the sust. for 6-8 weeks at 500mg a week twice a week. Then start the deca at about 400mg a week about 2 weeks into your cycle start your clomid for 2 weeks cont. taking deca until it's gone (about 3 more weeks) taper it down to about 200 mg a week at the end and then off. Deca doesn't suppress test levels so the clomid should bring your test levels back up while remaining in an anabolic state while on the deca. I would expect 20-25 lbs. If your diet is good. Lots of calories spread out through out the day and lots of protein especially while on the deca. Deca increases protein synthesis so don't waste your time or money unless your ready to commit 100% including diet, training, and rest. By the way I've never heard of deca in a 200mg/ml bottle I could be wrong though but you might want to ask the others if it's fake. IP: Logged |

Start at 750 then next week go to 500, shoot youself every 3-4 days, to keep prop levels about the same

I like the cycle but bump up the dosage at peak to 750. I worked out for as long as you did before I did only 8 sus for my first cycle and gained 20lbs. So you should really gain. I know now from reading the boards I should have done more. Don't ramp up but ramp it down good because I tried the "self" tapering and got zits on my back. IP: Logged |
