![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i am on the Anabolic diet and no matter how much damn steak and stuff i eat i cannot seem to get my fat to about 200 g's, until i started taking 6 tablespoons of Flax a day. 1 at each meal. What i am thinking of is just starting to eat a lot of lean meats: chicken, fish, turkey, etc... and just take 12-18 tablespoons of Flax, 2 or 3 at each meal! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think that that much flax oil will not be a wondrous thing for your digestive system- I think it will give you the runs. Also it will cause an imbalance in your fatty acid ratios. if you are going to be taking that much oil add some flax meal- fiber etc to keep you from getting the runs from so much oil- and use UDO's choice oil blend- it is much more balanced ------------------ IP: Logged |
