i just took me about 45mins to eat 2 chicken breasts and some yogert. i know thats not that many calories, but i did eat about 1100 calories 2 1/2 hours earlier. i could barly chew that chicken. the only way i did it was with the help of some water. just thought i'd let you'll know. well ive got another 900cal. meal in 2-3 hours. gotta love it.

shakes, glucose polymers, etc- get some foods that are easy to digest.

i drink about 3 shakes a day, gotta add a little veriety though, or else i dont know how i would be able to eat so much.

I have the same problem when trying to consume enough calories to grow. It sucks when you know you have to eat but your not hungry because you already ate 5000 calories for the day and still need another one or two thousand to go. If you want to save yourself some cash for a workout drink I buy huge bags of maltodextrin powder from the local Beer and Wine Home Brewerey store. Its really cheap there and its a middle of the road sugar so it wont cause a huge insulin spike, i blend it up with some fruit and protien powder and instant calories that goes down easy. And while I am at the Brewmart I pick up a couple cans of malt extract and brew my own beer, and let me tell you I have made some pretty good damn beer.

i read once that Mike Matarazzo used to take the food that he couldnt shove down his troat and put it in a blender with some apple juice and drink it. Try that one.

YO JC21, I'VE DONE THAT BEFORE....IT'S FUCKING GROSS! I MADE MYSELF HAMBURGER HELPER TODAY W/ 1 12LBS ON GROUND CHUCK, I ATE 1/2 AT THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO PUKE EVERYWHERE! IT WAS GOOD, JUST A LITTLE TOO MUCH BEFORE CARDIO!

NO....let me tell you what sucks.....Dieting down...
I would love to be pigging it up...but living on restricted calorie and carb intake bits the big one boys. Tired....carb depleted.....cant see....who?....oh what?......
Sorry...that happens sometimes...I know what you mean...took me forever to get used to eating...a bunch...but after I diet strict for about 12weeks...Im more than ready for some REAL GRUB!!!
