I'm 46y/o in good shape and in my 4th week (1st cycle ever)of a 400mg/wk decca and 200mg/wk winnie.Medium to heavy routine 6 days a week,4 days 20 min cardio, but I'm feeling really tired all day long.Is this normal? I take vitamins.I am doing low carbs/no snacks to lose some fat but my weight is unchanged.Any comments will be appreciated. My strenght is good but I don't see any real fat loss yet.

A low carb diet will often make you tired. Carbs give you energy. Without 'em... you may feel run down a bit. I always do when on a low carb phase.

Maybe some Flax oil would help. It gives a lot of people energy. If not, try slowly uping the carbs in your diet. Your weight might not be changing but your body composition might be. Good luck.

I dont' like that cycle, i really think you need some test in there. Winny make me depressed, i hate it.

You aren't going to see fat loss, winny will not make you drop fat, i don't know why people think it will. Take clen t3 eca or dnp to lose fat.

simple diet to make you lose bodyfat. breakfast:5-10 egg whites, 1 piece of fruit
snack: ultra pure protein shake
lunch: chicken, mushrooms, and spinach
snack: ultra protein shake
dinner: chicken, 2 vegtables, 1 peice of fruit
2 hours before bedtime: ultra protein shake
do that for 8-12 weeks, you will definately lose wheat! remember, nothing fried, no butter, unless it is no fat spray butter.

You may be over training and not getting enough rest, and low Carbs do the same to me, its also that time of year, and were all ready for Spring and those short skirts we love to see on babes....

Work through it..

Low carb diets make me feel tired and pissy. Clen might help you with your energy levels.

Cut back your training! I'm on ref-b and laurabolin, plenty of carbs and lots of sleep and I still only train 4 days/week. And I'm frigg'n 22!

Six days a week is probably too much for you.

Up your carbs You need them for energy - without them you will simply be dragging ass, especially witht that routine.

When you're on cycle, eat whatever and gain all the mass you can, then worry about getting ripped when you're off......works for me!

I agree with E2, try some Clen; and don't be
so scared of carbs; just keep them clean -
like oatmeal and sweet potatoes. In addition
add some extra fiber and...well never mind
you're already doing 20 minutes of cardio.
Of course DNP will DEFINITELY make you drop
your bodyfat, but do some serious research before you start dabbling in it.

Thanks so much fellas, I appreciate the feedback. What was once "steroid abuse"can now be considered "hormone replacement therapy"! Getting old does have some advantages..

becareful of overtrainig. It is allot easier to do than most people think. you might want to cut your cardio back to 1 or 2 days. I agree with the flax seed oil also.

have you checked your liver enzymes?
if high you may feel really tired and also allthe advice you need has been mentioned already here, i mean above this post.
but no as abuse will never amount to therapy.
mainly because abuse stands for (in my humble opinion) reckless misuse of as without any regard to self or others and i feel that most people are looking to stay healthy. either way given your health is fine
this cycle appears to be more of a strength and cut as opposed to a more precise one used to gain lots of mass. you may benefit from some sustenon or anabolic. also deca is slightly more liver toxic than sus.

hope this helps

not much to add,but you might ease up on the workouts a bit i`ve got 6years on you and felt the same way.just give yourself a little more rest time.but still hit it hard when you do workout.
