As many of you saw, we had some trouble with the boards this morning. I want to assure everyone that no posts were lost and that we acted as quickly as possible to correct.

It's my personal goal to make these boards the absolute best bodybuilding forum on the internet.

Once again Mr. Spellwin, thank you very much for supporting the board. Its an excellent place to learn and teach about bodybuilding and AS. I'm sure a little time down is nothing to these guys compaired to the alternative of not having the board at all. I just wanted to say thanks.
