Im brand new to this company, and have never seen customizing like offered by protein factory. I was curious as to what you Bros think of this protein company and if you customize your protein, what do you use and what your reasoning behind it. Bleed Iron Bros, Later. IP: Logged |

they rock man!! i like their service and products. i normally order: 30% CFM whey isolate 30% whey protein concentrate 30% caseinate 10% soy xt I got this because of the different absorption times, caseinate is cheap but it takes a while to absorb, and the isolate is absorbed relatively quickly. the soy i put in to get some isoflavones. if you order from them make sure to indicate for them to blend it, otherwise you get all your stuff seperate. its a pain to mix it all believe me. hope that helps. they have alot of good info on their page about the individual proteins so you can make the right choice for you. How come everyone gets a rep who knows what their talking about when they order except me? I always wind up talking to some flaky girl. Their protein does kick ass, though. IP: Logged |

Whats up bro's? I'm pretty new to this company too but, it sounds pretty good. I called to ask the sales rep if she could recommend another mass builder without to much fat but, she really didn't know what she ws talking about so i decided to ask you guess. i understand you need fats in your diet but i don't need my bf to skyrocket. do you guys think 15% egg 50% whey isolate 15% soy 20% maltodextrin will help me pack on mass? I'd reallt appriciate it if someone could help me out thanks. BUMP IP: Logged |

ive heard lots more good things about soy protein lately. i was thinking about using it for about 30% of my daily protein in the future. it has the most glutamine of any protein and almost as many BCAAs as whey, along with the isoflavones, etc. i dont see how whey beats it other than for post workout use.
