![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() you need to graduall increase yor carb intake, find out at about the amount of grams that you start to gain back the weight. You have to monitor this very closely, and gradually. Once you see an increase of even five lbs you should cut back on the amount of those carbs but not all the way. Just to the wewight that you want to be. The carbs should be all low-glycemic carbs, therefore your insulin levels will not increase and fluctuate drastically.
