I've been on the ketogenic diet for about 8 weeks and im going on spring break on march 11th and will be eating regularly on spring break. When and how should I end the ketogenic diet so I dont have weight regain. Thanks IP: Logged |

you need to graduall increase yor carb intake, find out at about the amount of grams that you start to gain back the weight. You have to monitor this very closely, and gradually. Once you see an increase of even five lbs you should cut back on the amount of those carbs but not all the way. Just to the wewight that you want to be. The carbs should be all low-glycemic carbs, therefore your insulin levels will not increase and fluctuate drastically. Have fun on spring break!! --HARDWORk-100MPH IP: Logged |
