It always has been and always will be a matter af body fat percentage, not the exercise that is being done.End result lower your bf% and it will look more ripped. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah but he says that his body fat is already low. He was asking what to do to target the muscle. You can target a muscle it's spot reducing that you can't do. So the best over-all for mid chest is decline bench dB fly's! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I use cable fly's, dips, db fly's, close grip incline, incline fly's. It takes getting the body fat down, and training the muscle to contract on demand. Muscle contraction in the area you want is vital. Withouth that type of control you could have practically no bf and still not sport superior definition.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Dan the man wrote, before he passed away, for spot reduction try mixing a few capsules of triax with dmso to carry it through the skin and rub into the desired area 2 to 3 times a day. It may not provide a large reduction but if you are already lean it might do the trick. It may work with cytomel too. IP: Logged |
