Does anybody know anything about this stuff? I read in Pump it's supposed to keep receptor sites open or something like that. Has anybody had any experience with this? IP: Logged |

taking it now, it helps ya sleep and i actually have gotten stronger over the last three or four weeks when i got of juice... that hydro whatever in there is supposed to help with fast twitch fibers more then dbol, so we all know thats bull shit but if it does half of what it says, its worth the shot... the thing i fuckin hate is no calcium with it, and that eliminates alot of the "Night" foods i eat. so ya gotta find a good protein with no calcium and one thats quick to make, aat least i do anyway, who wants to cook up some shit at 1am. so far i like the stuff, but not enough to stay clean... gettin back on gear tomorrow. The stuff is worth taking. I wouldn't take Z-mass, but some sort of ZMA (Zinc Magnesium asparate). Most athletes are deficient in Magnesium. The asparte from just allows the body to absorb more of the Zinc and Magnesium. The strength gains that occur are from correcting the magnesium deficiencies. I have gotten better sleep, and slight increase in strength gains. IP: Logged |
