I had plateaued on all major exercises for a while,so I started to take zinc 50mg's per day about 10 weeks ago.My bench has gone up about 10kg's along with my shoulder press and leg press.I had heard that it aids in recovery but I feel it works for strength increase aswell. What do you guy's think of zinc supplementation. My advice would be to try it. Zinc can be beneficial. However, watch out for your blood electrolyte levels being in the normal range (Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron) Note that it is not necessary to use the 'special' zma-balco zinc, any good zinc product will do. I use one without calcium fillers or binders. IP: Logged |

wanna have some fun, load yourself full of phosphate if you can. Use potassium phosphate at about 4gms a day for a good three days or so. Take three days rest, load on the posphate and belive me you're going to see a HUGE difference. I know you guys won't believe this but say you bench 350 you'll see a good 410 on the day after your phosphate loading. Skeptical? try it!
