Everybody has ask about gains but most people repond with weight they gain ie 20lbs. Has anybody taken measurement of arms, legs, chest, and back before, during, and say 6weeks after a cycle was done? Say if you gain 2" on your arm measure cold on the last day of your cycle but 2 month later the gain was really only 1 1/2. Just give people what would be resonable expectation. IP: Logged |

I do measurments per month on a calander to track the changes and progress. It really is a great way of keeping an eye on what and how your body is responding. So far I have gained about an inch of size symmetrically all around which is exactly my goal. I want to be sure I'm growing everywhere and not just in certain places. I don't want to be big with chic legs..hehe ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey rockman, so do I . I got a big ass calendar in my office at home and I mark everything on it daily. Training schedule, weight, dosages, calories etc. It really helps me to focus and prioritize! No measurements though. But I think I am going to start. ------------------ IP: Logged |

It's a good idea, I think I'm gonna try it to. IP: Logged |

Yeah, it really does help and it's a great motivator as well. ------------------ IP: Logged |
